Digi Scholar India Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Anyone aged 18+ (individual or registered entity) may apply to be an affiliate.
• Approval is at our sole discretion; we reserve the right to reject applications without notice.

2. Affiliate Links & Promotions

• Affiliates receive unique, non-transferable links. Only those links may be used for commission tracking.
• Misleading or unrelated link usage is prohibited.

• Promotion must be honest and regulatory-compliant. Affiliates must clearly disclose their referral relationship in promotions.

3. Commission Structure & Payment

• Commissions apply only to completed sales, not canceled or refunded orders.
• Payments are processed monthly (4th–7th) via your chosen payout method (NEFT, UPI, wallet, etc.).
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500; no maximum cap.
• If cumulative commission exceeds ₹10,000 INR in a fiscal year, 5% TDS will apply and PAN information will be collected.

4. Refund & Commission Reversal

• If a referred customer requests a refund or the order is canceled within the applicable window, the corresponding commission will be deducted or reversed.
• Affiliated commissions may be held for up to 45–60 days post-sale to account for refunds or chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates cannot engage in:
  • Self-affiliation (selling to oneself via personal link).
  • Creating cashback or unauthorized discounts.
  • Running paid ads using Digi Scholar India’s branded keywords or domains.
  • Misrepresentations or manipulative tactics to drive sales.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

• Affiliates may use only official marketing assets provided by Digi Scholar India.
• Unauthorized use, alteration, or misuse of logos, course names, or branding is strictly prohibited.

7. Conduct & Fraud Prevention

• Affiliates must not use spamming, fake reviews, or deceptive content.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Termination

• Digi Scholar India may terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violations or inactivity (e.g., no referrals for 6 months).
• Unpaid or reversed commissions will be forfeited upon termination.

9. Modification of Terms

• Digi Scholar India has the right to modify policy terms, commission structures, or program rules at any time.
• Continuation in the program after changes denotes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Liability & Indemnity

• Digi Scholar India isn’t liable for indirect, consequential losses from affiliate actions or promotions.
• Affiliates must indemnify Digi Scholar India against any claims arising from policy violations or legal non-compliance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
• Any disputes will be resolved in local courts where Digi Scholar India is registered.
